Warranty

At Andar, we stand by our products and cover a *full one (1) year warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions. Each product is handcrafted and if defects are found or happen, please contact us at support@andar.com.Our limited warranty covers faults in workmanship and materials upon arrival or within a year. This doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear, and tear, or if you change your mind.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Andar product. Andar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Andar product. The Andar Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Proof of purchase is required in all warranty replacements, so please provide us with your order number and name so we can properly take care of you. We reserve the right to deny warranty replacement requests if they do not meet our warranty replacement criteria. All warranty replacement requests will be determined individually and do require photo or video evidence of the issue at hand sent to our Customer Support email at support@andar.com.

All warranty replacements will be the same product SKU as the initial purchase.
Customers are required to cover a small shipping fee upon return of a warranty replacement. International customers are required to cover shipping and duty/tax costs upon return of a warranty replacement.

What is considered unreasonable use or neglect? Cosmetic damages caused by dropping, gouges, abrasions, peeling or cracking leather from not being conditioned regularly, distortion due to exposure to extreme temperatures, water spots and water damage, marks caused by acids or solvents, ink, pencil marks, paint or other stains caused by use, zipper damage from over stuffing or over use, alterations, and mishandling or accidents 

What is considered normal wear and tear? Scratches, wrinkling, worn edges, color changes aka: patina, hardware tarnishing, and stretching. Broken zippers, buttons, and snaps not due to threading faults are also considered normal wear and tear - please be sure not to overstuff the zippered compartments of your bags.
