The Madera - Great Gift Item

We have purchased multiple of The Madera. It is beautiful case for the ipads and with the clip, it is easy to put in a backpack or purse.

I’m actually very disappointed and surprised this has such high reviews. There are design flaws with this. 1. There’s no holes in the bottom for the speaker or acoustic vent. 2. This wood is thicker than I thought and now it doesn’t have that much magnetism with my magsafe chargers, and can’t align properly. 3. The case is insanely tight and very hard to remove. 4. The case and top piece are not aligned, so there is a very obvious gap in the middle where you can see the AirPods case. 5. No cutout for the button at the back either. I don’t know if I’ll be keeping this or returning it. The wood is very nice. Though the top piece and bottom came from two different pieces of wood since the coloring differs slightly.
